About the role
You will moderate our nightly online practice rooms (20:00–22:00 MYT), keeping each session on schedule, managing the Zoom/Meet controls, enforcing ground rules, timing cases, and recording basic attendance and performance notes for faculty review. When technical or behavioural issues arise, you escalate promptly so that teaching time is protected.
Who is this role for?
Doctors preparing for membership or fellowship exams (e.g., MRCP, MRCEM, MRCPCH) and senior medical students who want repeated exposure to exam-style cases. The position suits individuals who are organised, calm under pressure, and keen to observe high-yield clinical discussions while earning a stipend.
Requirements
3rd-year medical student or higher, OR registered doctor in training
Solid understanding of OSCE/PACES formats and typical station flow
Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and quiet workspace every evening (8 pm–10 pm MYT; minimum four nights per week)
Confident using Zoom, Google Meet or equivalent (breakout rooms, screen-share, mute controls)
Clear spoken English; professional, neutral facilitation style
Punctuality and accuracy in completing attendance and timing logs
