About the role
You will take full-cycle ownership of MEDIT & CME Academy’s learner-facing events—from half-day virtual masterclasses to multi-track, in-person revision boot camps. Responsibilities include timeline planning, speaker and vendor coordination, budget tracking, delegate registration, live-stream/AV set-up and post-event analytics.
Who is this role for?
3rd-year medical students and above (including house officers / interns) who enjoy organising society activities, revision classes, or health-camp roadshows—and want to translate that experience into a structured, paid role within medical education.
Requirements
Enrolled in 3rd year or higher of an accredited medical degree (or completed MBBS and in internship).
Prior involvement in organising academic or student events (e.g., symposium committees, MedSoc conferences, orientation week).
Confident with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic webinar tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
Clear written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with speakers, vendors, and learners professionally.
Availability for occasional evening or weekend sessions during peak event periods.
